How do i get image and SOUND from my PC to my HDTV?

So, i want to transfer image and sound from my pc to my HDTV, as the title says. My gfx card (8800gtx) has only DVI out, but ive found a cable that can go from DVI to HDMI, BUT. DVI is for image only. so how do i transfer sound too to my HDTV? (Its got some nice speakers on it)

I would really apreciate any help.

My graphics card came with a small cable to connect the SPDIF out from your motherboard or sound card to your graphics card looks like this. Then you can use the DVI to HDMI adaptor and your all set.

ok thanks ill dig through all my cables and see if i find anything that looks like that heh.
