How high will this rig go?

I am building a gaming rig with my friend and we picked out these parts:

GeForce GTS 250 (1 GB GDDR3)
Intel i5-650 dual core at 3.20 GHz
4 GB DDR3 RAM at 1333
Biostar TP55 Motherboard

I want to at least at 20-30 fps. Will be playing on a 1080p widescreen monitor. How high can I crank the settings?

Biostar is a crappy motherboard brand. Get something else. Try Gigabyte, Asus, or just get a straight from Intel board.

Also, for 1080p, I would get at least a GTX 260, or maybe look at the ATI/AMD Radeon 5xxx series.

From what i remember that i5 model is pretty **** for the money you pay, you would be better either spending more for a 750 or just downgrading to one of the i3's.
