How many SKILL level ups = to 1 Character level up in Skyrim !?!

just had a thought have all the components for the rig only missing the case gonna get it on sunday . Back to the topic how many skill level ups it takes to get 1 character level up , some one told me 5 ,but that wont make sence maximum skill levels that could be gained is 405 or is it true ??

You have to raise a skill (or any combination of skills) 10 times to level up. The number 5 comes from the number of times you are allowed to raise a skill via a 'Trainer' per character level.

That would be Oblivion.

In Skyrim every "skill up" adds some experience. The higher the skill you "skill up" the more experience you get. You level up when you have enough experience. The number is not fixed.
