if you went out and bought all the parts or evilents to them it would cost around $1200-$1300 so if you were selling it to a friend or ebay you could probaly get around $1500 only problem is alot of the parts aren't needed and make the total high so i don't know if you would even get that

I personally would only give you around 800 or so, but if I were you I would ask about 1000 for it.

What I would pay - $650 I would probably either ask that most the over priced junk be taken out or given at a huge discount and then it would end up being about $750.

A fair price would really depend on what you consider "perfect condition" which probably differs from mine. I gave most these parts an open box price except for things that are fairly high in demand like the GPU.

Case and psu - $200 (yes the psu cost this alone, but 850w is basically overkill for this rig)

HDD & DVD drives - $75

Ram - $40

CPU & mobo - $275

GPU - $250

OS & Accessories - $250

Total price = $1090

Why do you not like such a nice PC?

The time, effort and money spent toward building one for my gaming needs; which it doesn't satisfy is what I don't like.

Seems logical, though the hard part is finding somebody to buy the damn thing. Not only that, but somebody who wouldn't mind picking up instead of having it shipped to them.

try craigslist if you live in a decent sized town, or just ask around if you know a ton of people.

Though fair warning if you sell a pc to a non-pc person you'll end up being their tech support for at least the next 5 months.

Smoother textures not being one of them, pretty much dissatisfies my impression of pc gaming seeing as how the majority of PC games I want are also available on console. I'm a fan of FPS, TPS, tactical shooters, Action Adventure, Fighting, and occasionally sports games. Now besides shooters, which most that interest me are available on console, all the other genres either are crap, or efficient on the PC. I hate RPG's and RTS's, so.......

Not to mention that I actually prefer a controller over a k/m; I feel more comfortable with a wireless controller for some reason.
