Well i got it 2 weeks ago and thought i should get some ratings on it.

And BTW i live in a third world country and waiting for the 8800gt would be something like a6 month wait at the very leastso it was out of the question for me.

All that which is in my sig cost me 70000 rs($1100).

Hmmm... a 7/10? Cause of the motherboard (sure that you couldn't get a Gigabyte, Asus or another brand name one?) and that graphics card is being overthrowned by the GT, but since you said that it would take ages to arrive in your country, I guess that's still a good card..

Why does the mobo matter.I will never overclock and i will not upgrade this PC for a LONG time. And anyways i maxed out bioshock and cod4 in vista so i dont understand what a better mobo will do.

Well remember that the ranking is based on my opinion - the board is not bad (pretty good feature wise), but I usually would go with a brand one since it's normally cheaper (well, here in Australia it's the case, the store I know that sells Intel branded mobos are charging crazy high prices compared to the Gigabyte/Asus/etc boards)

If it is all working i don't really see a reason to be worried. I would rate it 9/10.

Wellthat is arelieve cuz i do max out every game. And i googled this and i found out that intel mobos are very high quality. But their overclocking options are very limited thus discouraging many hardcore gamers from buying intel mobos. But since i dont overclock, seems like nothing is wrong with this decision.I knew intel cant possibly make cheap quality boards so i bought one without researching on them. But i am fine with it now.:)

And this board cost me $120.

Thats actually a great computer, one thing though would be a bigger hard drive, and some cooling if you havent set that up. Other than that, you did get a good deal, overclocking isnt important when you have such nice hardware(I wish people understood this).

Normally, I'd have to say 7/10...but I give ya an extra point for pulling it together in the third world. So, 8/10. It's a solid rig and should be viable for gaming for another couple years at least. 8)

People still laugh at me over herefor spending so much money on GAMES!.

Peopleask me as to why i needed this wheni alreadyhave a ps2.:?

Everybody thinks that i have just lost it except my close friends who know how much i love gaming. But it's my money so it doesnt really matter.

Cycling through these forums was how i got to know what you need in a gaming PC.And i am having a blast of my life with this as i upgraded from an original xbox and ps2which was the best i had in gaming uptil now.My last PC was not a gaming PC.

i would rate it between an 8-9/10. alot of pc enthusiasts out there have very similar specs and the fact that you can max out all the games you like currently is a big +.
