I can't run this game because I'm missing

When I try to run Fallout 3, it says this:

"The program couldn't start because xlive.dll is missing. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem".

Can anyone give me an asnwer to this please? Thanks a bunch.

that refers to Xbox Live. You can DL windows live from microsoft.

It's a known problem.

You have to uninstall the GFWL version that comes with Fallout 3 and install the one you can download from Microsoft's site.

I should said this the first time....use this --> http://fose.silverlock.org/ it turns off GFWL completely and allows some great modding capability
