Well my fiancee is moving into my house..Its a small starter house. We have every weekend off, butwork opposite shifts during the week atm..I need a pair of headphones to hook up to my PC for gamingand 42 inch LG LCD(for DVRed shows and the consoles)..If you havent figured out she will be in bed during the week when I get home so im going to be living in these headphones for 2-3hrs weekdays before i wind down and turn in..I think im down to the JVC harx 700s and the Audio Technic ad700's..I know the ad700s are the best for gaming no contest..Are they $69 better than the JVCs when you include music and watching TV programs? I can get the JVCs for $30 and the ATs for$99.. Thanks in advance and if anyone has any suggestions other than those two that is also welcome my budget is around $110.

Get the JVC's and, if you don't like them, return them. I haven't had an opportunity to audition the HARX700 or 900, but have had good experiences with full-size JVCs in the past. The Audio Technica AD700's are the single most comfortable pair of headphones I've ever put on. They also sound wonderful but, unfortunately, they lack bass oomph (a personal preference). Good luck, Boz
