Ideas for my ISP

I know ive posted about this befor but,  I NEVER GOT A GOOD ANSWER!!!!!!!!

I just want you all to post your connection speed, your ISP, and how it works on games and just going on the internet.

PS: Is 1.5 mpbs fast?

Cause im thinkin of gettin RCN's 1.5 mpb cable internet.

Is there a difference between Cable and DSL? Like is 1.5mpb Cable better than 1.5mpb DSL? And like is 5mpb Cable is better than 5mpb DSL? Or is there no difference?Hatiko

1.5Mbit.....but i only see 300kbps because i live too far from my CO. Verizon Fios is not even available in all areas. Besides, Verizon in still in the process of replacing all the current telephone cables with fiber optic cables, which are much faster in communications.

As long as you have a Router, your automatically connected with some configurations.

I have Verizon DSL 3Mb/s. It's good enough for me, gaming, stream media, downloading.

I have cable internet through Adelphia soon to be Comcast.  The computer I am on now runs of a wireless conetion at 11Mbps.redskinsfan16

Well, i kinda still dont know what CO means and is 1.5 good for gaming? (Just feel like a need a little more input)

And i dont know WHY you would spend $300-$350 a month on internet unless you work for the government or a BIG BIG BIG company.
