If i leave my pc overnight to download, will it still waste power?

I have a 700w power. If i just leave it to download a large file, will it still waste a lot of power? I don't want my electricity bill to be big so im just asking

I leave mine on almost 24/7 it's not going to affect your electricity bill that much. In fact there are 4 computers in my house. It's not a big deal.

it only uses the power needed to run the cpu gpu etc on idle, it wont use anywhere near the 700w.
