Maybe to you, but I think it's a nice added touch but not really necessary for the amount of processing power needed. Mafia II looks has some nice cloth physics... haha.

it really is over rated. I have a phsyx card geforce gt 240 as well as mafia 2. Don't see a difference b/w physx and regular physics.

You'll probably only notice the difference if you're scoping it. I could tell right away, but I could also tell that the fps took a big hit from having physx. The thing that sucks is using my onboard graphics right now while my gtx 460 is being stepped up to a gtx 570. I only used the card for 15 days. The gtx 260 core 216 was a lovely card. I used it for about 2 years and then I bought the gtx 460. I sold mine for only $80 on ebay though.
