Depends on what game genre you like. RA3 if you like the classic RTS, Spore if you want to be creative and rule a civilization of apes.

Well it depends on what style of game you'd rather play honestly. But I would think Spore would have more lasting value though.

I tried the RA3 beta. While the game wasn't bad, I didn't see anything really compelling about it. Of course, I didn't spend a ton of time with it either, but that was my impression.
