Logitech X-530 70 watts RMS 5.1 Black Speaker System - OEM

Though I'd also suggest looking into some 2.1 speakers.

Logitech X-230 32 watts RMS 2.1 Black Speaker System - OEM

And these are my favorite

Logitech Z-2300 200 watts RMS 2.1 Speaker System - Retail

They used to have a rebate so they were about $90. Maybe Dell still offers it.

I find 5.1 not all that great for use with computers, especially if you're listening to music mostly, and if you're gaming I prefer headphones, so go with a good 2.1 set.

QFT.

I own these speakers myself, as I found 5.1's cluttered my space too much. These things kick out some seriously good sound for their size, and I can't recommend them highly enough. On your budget these are ideal.
