internet boost question

I am going to move houses and we are not going to have internet there. Our neighbors will have it somewhere like 200 feet away (give or take) through a couple walls (kitchen ect...) well we have been there before and had just enough signal to serf the web for an hour or so before the internet gave out and you would have to reconect, or somedays you could not connect. Yes, they know what we are doing :) . I know there are some directional antenas I could use, but is there anything like a booster that I could place at midpoint between the houses to boost the signal? Or am I just dreaming? lol

just use a tin foil dish. lmao, one of my friends really wanted to use wireless for his internet, so i made him a like 2 foot tinfoil dish to aim his router. now he gets 5 mb/s over wireless.
