is 75 Hz (CRT) ok for eyes ?

75 hz is the highest I can get. Is it okay for eyes?

Lowest, should be fine. Some people like 100's T_T. anyways should be fine.

75 is about the minimum I would recommend you run a CRT at, but it's perfectly acceptible for most people. If it starts bothering you, you can always scale back your resolution a little bit. The maximum a monitor is capable of is also determined by what resolution you use. The higher the resolution, the lower the refresh rate.

Theres no reason to believe it would harm your eyes IMO. Motion sickness is a greater possiblity.
