there's an awesome very informative tutorial that will help you learn the basic of the game and a useful in game help system. Theirs a in depth manual and of course alot of guides online that will help you with what ever you don't know. Theirs alot of complexity but its been streamlined and theirs alot o ftools to help you painlessly learn to play the game. Trust me you will not have an issue learning to play this game just play the tutorial first and then look in the manual of online for more indepth info.

Yes, it is worth it but be careful, when your playing you dont see time pass. The other day i was going to play for 30min before studying but I ended up playing for 3hrs without noticing it

Considering how much there is to do in a Civ game, yes. It's one of the more addictive games you'll ever find. I can't even imagine how many hours I've put into that game, but if I had to guess, I'd say over 1000 since it was released.

no. don't buy it. although i have not played it, i am sure it is a great game.

however, civilization V is coming out soon, and i am sure it will be a lot better than civilization IV.

likewise, i love the sc2 beta but i think getting sc1 is silly

i am sure that sc2 is a lot better
