The flaw with SRL is that it bases its rating on how well your PC matches the game's required and recommended specifications. For the videocard, it'll only measure the VRAM and other basic things that all video cards have instead of the speed. Don't expect to run Crysis at high settings.

seems reasonable that your rig passes the recommended system requirements. i mean, recommended doesn't mean you can play crysis warhead in max settings, 1920x1200. it just means that you can run that game well in decent settings, i imagine.

Don't trust it. My setup;

8800GT 512 MB(Point of View version)

2GB Ram

Intel Core 2 QuadCore Q6600 2.40 Ghz

And it told me i wouldn't be able to run Crysis, yet i run it at max settings without any problems.

I just checked Warhead and I failed ( recommended ) because my video card wasn't good enough.

Everything else was ok but my card failed because it says I have vertex shaders 3 instead of 4 ( and something else was 3 instead of 4)

The little green line only went half way across between min and recommended.

I play the game fine by the way ( Crysis also )

e6700

8800 GTX ( factory OC to Ultra )

4 g ddr2

But whatever...

No, not with a 3450. A 3450 is below even the 8500GT, which can't run Crysis at more than all low at 1024x768 and still get playable frames. One might be able to run Crysis on all low at 800x600 on a 3450. Might even have to force 640x480 with a config.

1.5gb 3450 lol?

yeah it's not going to be accurate, and I also think yougamers is bit more reliable + they give more detail on what runs well.

i think the reason that it states a higher amount of VRAM than we know is true is because vista adds spare ram to the VRAM. e.g. i have a 880gts 320mb and 4 gb ram, but vista lists it as about 3gb ram and over 1gb vram

and im sure i remember these stats being reflected in syste reqs when i used it. im not saying its 100% reliable or anything but i think this could explain that particular issue.
