What are TF2 player super anal? Well that sucks... Althought I'm not that bad on MP FPS.Yes but due to the sensitive player community, you should read up about how to play the game before you jump right into it. They haven't exactly welcomed f2p players with open arms.

There are a few outspoken minorities that were very against it going free, but for the most part the community is accepting if you go through the training beforehand and listen to your other teammates.Yes but due to the sensitive player community, you should read up about how to play the game before you jump right into it. There are the elitist pricks, who think they're better at the game, cause they payed for it. Tbh, I don't see what all the fuss is about TF2. I decided to try it, and everyone was just spamming rockets. The only times I've seen people complaining about f2p players is when teams have terrible team comps. A perfect example being an assault game I played a few days ago in which my team was on offense and had 4 engis. None of them ever changed classes nor did anything useful. One spy would walk by sap all their stuff and they just sat there attacking their buildings as though that would make the spy go away.Yes but due to the sensitive player community, you should read up about how to play the game before you jump right into it. Technically you can play the game for free, but without a premium account you're limited in your trading and backpack options, and some servers have custom plugins that will kick you. Buying any item in the Mann Co. Store will upgrade your account, so you can pick up something super cheap for better options.

This FPS is much more difficult to be good at than your typical FPS.
Not true. I picked up and was instantly in the top 3 every game despite not playing any kb/m PC first person shooters in about 5 years. I like it well enough but I swear the aiming is off or inaccurate compared to CS and many similar games.[QUOTE="Remmib"][QUOTE="robertoenrique"]What are TF2 player super anal? Well that sucks... You're cool, you're probably the first person that pays for game patches, because they use electricity, internet and water and food to keep you alive till they finish downloading.no, cuz it doesnt come with a free disc and free shipping.
So, tt would cost me $ on internet monthly usage.

I don't think it's too difficult. If you know how a class works you will rack up points like it was nothing[QUOTE="robertoenrique"]What are TF2 player super anal? Well that sucks... Althought I'm not that bad on MP FPS. Remmib

Nar, it's more on the easy side actually compared to most MP FPS games.

I agree with the last part...ived downloaded the game, since it was free...and i played one time only...about 2 hours...its an average game...i can say that sometimes its so simple that it makes you feel like a 5 years old...
But if i were to pay for the game i wouldnt want Valve to make it free for all...WTF?why did i payed for it afterall? You guys realize that the dudes who payed for the game in the first place made possible this "free" thing...Its the same with the pirates who are playing the pirated versions of the games which "we" bought...because we bought those games,duh...If no one would of bought Crysis...there wouldnt be any Warhead or Crysis 2...so there wouldnt be any pirate versions of Crysis 2...so the pirates would be able to play Crysis 2...Iam not saying that those who play TF2 since it became free are pirates...iam only giving an example...
So...calling the ones who bought TF2 "elitist pricks"( the ones who made it possible for you to play for free TF2) its insane and immature...Those "elitist pricks" have every right to decide if the game should became free or not...even if those who are against this "free" version of TF2 are in minority, they have every right to be loud and angry..."You" and "me" are playing on their money...again THEIR money!!!When they bought the game they didnt sign to no freaking charity...

Not really a fan of living in 2007 while it's 2011. I do play an occasional CoD4 match on PC but that's quite different.

So unless its something new, you cant be bothered to play it? Why own a ps3? Its 2007 hardware...
I really suggest you two give it another shot. I mean it really doesnt make a difference whether or not two more people are playing, but it is simply of of the most engaging onlines games and has a strong community that is really worth investing in.

I realise I probably haven't given it enough time, but first impressions were not great. There wasn't the wow factor, like when I played BC2 MP for the first time (hadn't BF online, prior to this)[QUOTE="robertoenrique"][QUOTE="r4v3gl0ry"]What are TF2 player super anal? If you want to avoid explosive spam try sticking to 24 players or less servers. 32 man servers are for people that like easy kills and easy deaths. Nearly every map is over crowded with 32 players.Yes but due to the sensitive player community, you should read up about how to play the game before you jump right into it. Yeah when playing against noobs. Go out and play against some real TF2 players and you will be raped hard.
A lot of you guys apparently have never watched any skill vids for this game.
Yeah, it's really free but you're only gonna play with other F2P players, because the community is so elitist and childish they ban anyone who has the F2P version.

I couldn't even name any of the popular servers that use that script, it is only the ones than fancy themselves "competition" servers and aren't worth playing on unless you are a d-bag anyway. If it is that big of a deal, then just put 5 bucks in your Steam wallet and buy a couple weapons from the Mann Store and that solves the problem. There are plenty of newbie servers and plenty of people who are more than willing to mentor new players. As someone said all you have to do is go through the training to get the basics and then if you want to get more look at one of the mentor programs.
I have been playing since the beta and though I don't play as much anymore I still have fun, there are ZERO other online games that have lasted anywhere close to this long for me. Military twitch based shooters are boring as hell since half the time you don't even know why you died, class based multiplayer like TF2 is WAY more fun IMO.
