Well, you have yet to tell us what this "video card" is. Tell us the Dxdiag information as Stinger78 suggested - because that is the one and only card your PC will use when running the game. Theres no way to use the other.
Dxdiag was mainly to tell you your video card details.
You know what your video details are, but please post them here.
If dxdiag has details for an older of 2 video cards, then you should take the old one out - if it has details for your new card - then maybe a driver update would help your system.
Keep in mind, on system requirements lab, if you meet the minimum settings for a game, you will have to run the game on low/lowest settings - what you really want to do is meet the recommended if possible.
Again, please post the details you get from dxdiag here so we can see what your system has in it.
It says: Name: ATI Tadeon HD 2600 PRO Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc. Chip Type: ATI Tadeon Graphics Processor (0x9589) DAC Type: Internal DAC (400MHz) Approx. Total Memory: 512.0 MB Current Display Mode: 1680 x 1050 (32bit) (60Hz) Monitor: Plug and Play MonitorDxdiag was mainly to tell you your video card details.

What do you have for a Nvidia card? Geforce 6,7,8,9? like a 6200,7300,8400,9400 etc ???04dcarraherhow do i tell? i want to say it is a gforce 7 but im not sure my computer is 2 or 3 years old if that helps
The best thing to do is to get the latest video card driver from the amd website.
Here's a link to the amd/ati websitehttp://support.amd.com/us/psearch/Pages/psearch.aspx?type=2.4.1&contentType=GPU%20Download%20Detail
The only other thing I can say is that some games run better on Nvidia than ATI, and some things run better on ATI than Nvidia. This game might be one that runs better on Nvidia.
It says that that you have a ATI 2600 pro its a ati card not a nvidia.04dcarraheri know but i have an nvidia built into my mother board the video card is separate
Onboard video, most likely, will not be worth trying to use to play modern 3d graphic-intensive games.
Dxdiag sees the 2600 HD card as your video card - Windows is using the 2600 HD card for your display.
You need to update drivers for your ATI card to get the most performance out of your computer graphics.
