Hmm, I spose, it's not a bad deal, Quad core, 3gb RAM, 500gb Hard drive..

8600gts isn't terrible.

Although, not personally a big fan of dell.

Does it come with a monitor? - presume it's second hand right? must be.. ? :P

You have to remeber though. UK prices are a lot more expensive. We don't have newegg, which is ridiculously low compared to our sites.

Lowest we have is ebuyer,

I already took that into account :)(Prices from ebuyer)

Q6600 - £119.88

500GB Sata - £47.85

8600GTS - £46.95

And I didn't much care for the ram configuration. Would rather see 2 x 1GB DDR2 or 2 x 2GB for that price. I know that wasn't the price for the individual components, but unless it comes with a monitor I'd say no. I'm not the type to bash prebuilts, but I'm sure there's a better deal out there :D

Yeah, i was thinking about the RAM too.

I spose, but this include's a motherboard/case/PSU too.

+ P&P ofc. Not that thats huge though.

So i spose it isn't a great deal, but if he doesn't want to build it himself. or whatever. :).
