Issues with Dragon Age Origins...

I have a Dell XPS M1530 laptop. Specs are:

Core 2 Duo @ 2.5GHZ

Nvidia Geforce 8600 256MB

4 GB RAM

and Windows 7 64 bit.

I played this game on Vista 32 bit (just installed 7), and had fair preformance on medium settings at 1280x800. Now that I've installed Windows 7, I have worse preformance on low settings at 800x600. :? Anybody have some advice or a possible solution?

tried updating ur drivers for win 7?

I already have the correct drivers. I even uninstalled them and downloaded them again. No difference.

Possible Workaround- Run Dragon Age Origins with only one core
