Thats silly. I have an 8800GTX (5-10% better than your GT). an E6700 core 2 @ 2.66ghz. 2gb DDR2 RAM and i run it at 1920x1200 res (24" monitor) and i can have everything on high with no AA and get very very playable FPS. So you'll be fine :)

And thanks =D My res is pretty low, i got a crappy monitor at the moment, 1280x1024, so it should play good =P
oh then you'll be playing it on High with a few options very high (tho shader quality and post processing take the most so i'd keep them at high).. tho everythin else you can probs put to very high with no AA (don't really need it anyway).
I tried high in the demo, have to settle with med-low, RAM does seem to help. I have 2GB and i saw a review where the minimum FPS went up quite a bit with 4GB.

Wow. I just got the game, and it is playing on very high most settings, with shaders on very high as well. I turned off motion blur getting like 40FPS. 30-35 in high action.
