Im getting a new HDTV before the end of this year and i was wondering which is better for a ps3, and also watching dvds and such an LCD ( id definitly get a full HD between 32 and 42 inches) or a Plasma. If so give a sujestion as to some specifics. for example i need to know on LCDs whats th eideal response time, i see many brands put 5ms or 4ms and i know lower is better but i want to know how much does it really affect gameplay between each ms. Also any other recomendations? thanx a lot hope to hear from u soon gamers
You really can't go wrong with either. Plasmas, even the cheapers ones, have better color and better contrast and almost no response time but LCD's use quite a bit less power and most can be used in very brightly lit rooms with no adverse glare, also anything below 8ms RS is O.K.. Both technologies are very mature at this point. One has a slightly better picture the other is more efficient. It's your call.
