Case air flow will not really help too much in the way of ocing a cpu, you need a better heat sink.

agreeded depending on how much of an oc you wana push also a budget on what type of money you want to spend on a cooler.

well i was able to go from 2.8 to 3.57 Ghz with stock cooling. its a E7400 btw.
