Good news! LG have introduced the IPS7 monitors that have a 5ms response time, but with the colors and viewing angles of an IPS. There will be a 27 and 23 inch version, both 1080p. Also, for those who like multi-monitor gaming, they have a stupidly thin 1.2mm bezel.

Pricing has not been announced.

However you took nobody's job, ionus only post about amd stuff and nvidia fail stuff lol.

The only appealing thing is the bezel, I wont be replacing my BenQ FP-241W with this, specs dont impress me compared to a 5yr old IPS monitor.

Its about time, but i would guess these will cost far to much. Since the 23 inch LG IPS are 200 plus. I would expect 300 + for these.

The 27" should be 2560x1440

This is what I've been waiting for to get into multi-monitor gaming.

Gonna have to start saving up for these puppies though. Hopefully I cna make it with Xmas money ;)

I've had bad experiences with IPS screens, I get a lot of light bleeding.Fightingfan

Needs to come in 1440p!

I also think that the 27" one should be 1440p, especially considering that LG makes a lot of the 1440p panels for Samsung, Apple, Yamakasi, etc.

I never understood why 16:10 wasnt the standard it warps everything much less on the sides, especially with the lower fov standard on consoles.

Too bad my 16:10 monitor went bad :(
