The topic name says pretty much all. I just got a notebook. Windows 7, 4gb ram, intelcore I5 and nvidia 8500 or so...

The thing is, I just love to lay at bed with my notebook and I'd really like to play a game at the time. I'd need a game that doesn't need a mouse that much, since I have no place to put it ¬¬
So... besides my notebook specs what I'm looking for isan old fashioned game, something like a point & click adventure game or so. Horror would be sweet :P

Although it's not the kinda game I've discribed I tryied Diablo II, since I felt nostalgic, but I had to put the notebook on one leg and the mouse on the other... very unconfortable, but I couldn't make it run anyway.

So I'm open to suggestions. But please, not flash games, not that there aren't many good onesout there.

Medieval 2 and older would. Maybe Empire at lower settings.

I recommend nice, atmospheric games, don't do anything action packed on your bed. I highly recommend Machinarium, its exactly what you want to play on your bed at night. Great art work, beautiful sound track, and an innocent story.

Total War is mouse-tastic. You may want to try a few classic parser-interface adventure games. Sierra's got a ton: King's Quest 1-4, Space Quest 1-3, Quest for Glory 1 & 2, Leisure Suit Larry 1-3. No mouse needed at all, and they're the perfect type of game to relax to. I tend to play through one whenever I'm sick; they're kind of like the Princess Bride in that way. :p You can find a lot of them at gog.com

Arcade racing games can be played with the cursor buttons only.

I recommend Trackmania United and Flatout 2.

I'd recommend you games, but I have to warn you that playing games in bed is going to ruin your sleep. If you don't mind that, try Civilization.

It's not about the cable, it's the actual mouse...there is no where to put it....

Yeah you put it on your side with a mouse pad i have a twin bed and thats not an issue unless he's sleeping in a bed the width of a crib i don't see how he wouldn't have space.

I think the Puzzle Quest games would work for you... they probably dont require a mouse to play. Very fun, long campaign and good replayability
