There was a game I played a while back, I believe it was in 1999, but I'm not too sure. It may have been an educational game. The game was you drifting to a small island on a raft and finding out there is treasure there. There are pirates on the horizon, so you have to find enough gold to get a shovel and figure out the clues to find the buried treasure before the pirates get there. I have been trying to find out the name of this game for a while, so any leads or screen shots would be appreciated.
No.. I am a BIG BIG Monkey Island fan. I have and beat all 4 in the series, so it can't be it. :P It's more of an educational game. You have to solve Math problems fast so you can get the treasure and leave. But I have no idea what it is.

any 1 play those games, u know, on the first 1 u had to smash the punkin to get the key 4 the house, and u hav 2 walk round th ehouse with the mask or they kill u lol good times

Liewise, this is off topic and this thread also dug up this deep memory from my middle school days (and I'm now 30), but the very first PC game I ever played was Origon Trial. This was the very first year my school had a *computer class*, and one of the things we learned was how to format a floppy and work with DOS.
