Yes it seems its all down. The website, the forums, the game.. its like Turbine didn't pay its bills.. or they had some sort of real world disaster/fire? who knows. Dungeons and Dragons online appears down as well
:o i thought i got banned or something :O .
everything down. disconnected from game server.
was afk at that moment .. maybe they announced it?
did anyone see anything?
google seems to not know anything about it.
my.lotro.com, the lotro forum, the main lotro.com don't work..
even turbine.com and ddo.com don't work :|
something's wrong...
Hopefully it will be back up soon... On a side note..it would be hillarious if turbine was hacked by "white collar" hackers to show they actually DO have a problem with thier site being compromised.delawarerocket
lol yeah that would be funny.
BRB guys, i'mma go buy a shotgun and pay those "white collar" guys a visit.
To be fair, they'll probably make an announcement there when the servers are back up. And I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Until we know what's going on, there is no point in speculating. Now, what else do I have that I can play... *wanders off towards Steam client*"While their main website's down, you can check out LotRO at their Facebook page"
lol yeah all i want is log on my facebook and look at their pics....... Bring me back lotro!

LOTRO will not be up any time soon. The Egyptian government has demanded that it be shut down in order to supress the rebelion by the alliance. GLFF was being used to rally rebels to counter attack location. Long live the Empire!dtrosenOperation Killswitch....even saying it makes me shudder. I like my games!!!
They are updating us on their facebook. They are working on it as we post here. http://www.facebook.com/LOTRO Never fear =)ElysianDreamThey said there are techs on site trying to resolve the issue. I hope that's true.
They said there are techs on site trying to resolve the issue. I hope that's true.iwant22playddoWhy wouldn't it be? They lose revenue every minute the game is down. They want this up a lot more than we do... all we are missing out on is play time. They are losing money, which for a corporation is a lot worse. Trust me, they're working their rear ends off, doing everything in their power to get the servers online. The game will be back up as soon as it's humanly possible.

well they can't say directly "lotro will be down for a few days, we're on vacation"
so they say "it's gonna be alright.. you just gotta wait (a few days)"

Its just that a lot of people are saying their servers are in egypt. I have nothing against egypt or anything egyptian, but if thats true - it is already 10 p.m. in Cairo. I hope they can convince their techs to get out of bed and fix it.

The GLFF chat is constaly used by the Muslim Brotherhood. Good move on Egypts part.
I'm getting more and more impatient, they need to get off of their asses.LotroIsDownOMG
Yes, because you're paying exactly what for the service again?
Oh no! You can't play a freakin' game for a day. How will you survive?
