Hello guys, as some of you may already know my old 4890 screwed up and stopped working, so my father got me a new 5850 which costed me around 360$ in INR(I obviously paid about 270$ for it :P) and so far have been loving it. I can totally max out BF BC2 at 1680 x 1050 and still maintain 55+ FPS.

Shucks. I wish both were available last November. The 5830 was non-existent and there wasn't a single web site I could catch with a 5850 in stock.

Sounds like an awesome card. Just thought I'd comment though, I'm running a 260 and a 5770 on our machines at home. BadCompany 2 running at 1680x1050 no problems, at all. Full AA on the 5770 too. In other words, your card should last you a few good years. I should actually see what my FPS are. The game runs smooth as can be.

I am loving mine too, but I think I'd like (2) 5770s instead now. Anyone wanna trade? :D
