[QUOTE="Tezcatlipoca666"][QUOTE="C_Rule"] That's a dumb thing to say. Why disadvantage yourself, just because you don't like the company.C_Rule
I don't know about him but I have been an AMD person for my entire life. If I had to choose between the 1100t and 2500k the choice would be obvious. The fact that the i5 performs better in games isn't enough to make me consider Intel.
To each their own I guess.
Why? Why bother being a fanboy of a company, why favour it for no good reason. Do they give you incentives to use their products? I wouldn't call myself a fanboy honestly. I often recommend Intel CPU's to other people. I don't force my preferences onto other people and don't let them factor into my recommendations.
Anyway, I consider myself a loyal customer. I've been using AMD CPU's for as long as I can remember. On the other hand things like this and this certainly don't help Intel's standing in my mind...
I think that it's natural to develop preferences. Most people develop them :) What is important is not to become a crusader and push your preferences onto others who just want honest answers.
