Man, am I a weenie (FEAR)

FEAR wasnt just pretty graphics and scares. I'll never forget the part when you are escorting Alice Wade to the roof of the skyscraper for evac, and you take the elevator up. The scene was so awesome. Wade is fidgeting nervously, muzak is playing, and then the doors open, and theres an ambush waiting for you. I just went into slowmotion-SPAS pwnage, jumping and killing fools. OMFG it was sweet. all you heard was gun shots and screaming. then its dead silent except for the muzak. after i picked up new guns and more ammo, i got back into the elvator and kept going up. we got stopped on each floor on the the way, each ambush with more guys. holy f it was awesome. Yeah and then the part where you have to reactivate the elevator and Alice stays on the elevator. Awesome :)

I'm just not that big a horror fan. Getting scared isn't one of my favorite pastimes. But I loved the gameplay in the FEAR demo so much I had to buy the full version. I even preordered it.

I loved the game immediately and it runs great on my system. But I gotta be honest. It scared the crap out of me. So much so that I was actually afriad to pick it back up after play through the first 4 Intervals.

Recently I decided to take my skirt off and give it another go. I'm really loving it once again but dang I get so creeped out at times. They did a fantastic job of scaring me with the suspense. Just when I start to feel comfortable that I've seen the last clone trooper for a while something throws a body through a window right in front of me.

I hate the game and love it at the same time. :shock:

The game did have a few cheap scares, but it wasn't SCARY... Just creepy :).

The expansion pack was scarier than the original game. You might be a bit of a weenie.
