I just found out after installing UA, that it no longer has online play. I was wondering if there was a way for me to hook the game online anyway? I know Lord of the Rings Conquest was taken offline, but someone found a way to allow co-op again. Had to download something to get it to go online. So, is there a way I could do that with UA? I just want to play with my friend.

You could try hamachi to set up a virtual local area network and then have your friends join that. That way the game will think it's playing a LAN match and not an online match.

No problem

Hamachi

Download the unmanaged version. Create a room, give your friends the details of the room and when they're all in it, launch the game. Then when looking for a game make sure it's under LAN and not Online. The game should read the hamachi connection as LAN. Hope this helps/ best of luck!

Oh thank you so much! I do have another question.

Is this program safe, and can my friend get access to my desktop this way, or no? Is it only throug hthe game that we can play? (I hope so.)

https://secure.logmein.com/uk/products/hamachi/download.aspx Yep 100% safe, no desktop access etc. and I'm not sure if it's the only way you can play ultimate alliance as I don't have it installed, but it's worked with other games. cheers
