May get new computer. What is the best?

I may be getting a new computer. I'm the type of guy that likes to do work and store stuff like photos on my computer, but I like to play games. What is the best out there for me? (Disregard prices. I'll figure that stuff out later.)

If price isn't an issue the "generic" i5 ivy bridge CPU + HD 7850/7870/7950/GTX670 GPU depending on how much you want to spend, 2x4 GB RAM, ~100 euro/dollar mobo, ~120 GB SSD + 500GB-1TB mechanical HDD again depending on how much you want to spend. Throw in a case you like, ~500W PSU from Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, Silverstone etc, and DVD burner if needed.

Not sure how much you're looking too spend but just built one with a 570SC and i5-2500 for 1300$. Including monitor, and windows.
