Has anyone else noticed system requirements getting steeper and steeper while graphics roughly remain the same? I mean the game is also on the 360 and the minimum requirement is an 8800. Also the optimum memory is 8gigs, I mean cmon, it's getting ridiculous

Actually I havent noticed this, ive noticed a few games here and there have high requirements but not a pattern.considering that this is a pc game that was ported to console at not even half the quality of the pc version... I don't get the complaints either.

Did you notice that current generation 360 games look significantly better than 1st generation games...yet the hardware stays the same?

Think about it...

I think I should be good, though I'm not sure. I really want to play this game, so I'm hoping for the best (fingers crossed)

wow how lame.. its almost like they sold there souls (and the game) over to the nivida marketing department.. :P im doubting the authenticity of this to last long. like really a gtx 295 will be betetr than the 480 at this point.. is thaat to say that all of a sudden dx10 cards arent to be supported. this game wont sell alot for those wanting it on optimum settings. as NO ONE ON GODS GREEN EARTH is going to shill out 600 bucks on a card INFERIOR STILL to a gtx295 just for this game.. poor show guys.. sorry i wont be using the metro any time soon.

I was gonna say that. What the? The game is on console and according to the devs it looks more or less the same, its not like its gonna be vastly superior for the pc. Seriously i need a gtx 260 for this?

Really? last time i checked the game was in a long time development for the pc as primary version and the pulled the xbox version much later.

Got a 260... no quad however, but jeez that is quite steep... I bet the game will have technical problems/bugs anywhoo.
