Metro 2033 sale?

It's 5 bucks right now in Gamers Gatehttp://www.gamersgate.com/DD-M2033/metro-2033

I'm wondering if it's worth jumping on with the rig that I have (in my sig). It got decent reviews, so I would like input from those that matter, the gamers themselves :P

that rigs exactly what im going to get :P comment on how it runs if you go for it. I'd say it'd run great, but it's meant to be pretty demanding.

I run it with a gtx 460 and 4 gbs of ram at very high, 1280x1024 at usually 30-60 frames, so you shouldn't have a problem running it. The atmosphere is really good for the game, but as the user above posted, there's some pacing issues and what not.

whoever likes fps with great ambientation should buy it, awesome game

i run it on very high, dx10, 1920x1080, with AA maxxed and it runs and looks very nice so you should have no problem with your setup. $5 is a steal, thats how much i got it for. metro2033 activates on steam too btw

If you enjoy immersive single player games with a great story and visuals.. get it. You'll love it.. $5 for that game is a steal.

alot of the guys who were part of the dev team for the stalker games made metro 2033. i personally loved metro 2033 way more than the stalker series, and i like the stalker series...

Not that I don't believe you, but on the gamersgate site, it says nothing about Steam activation. Where can I confirm this?
