Thanks for the video, this is definitely the number one FPS I'm looking forward to.

I love how blood and rain gets on your visor and you have to wipe it off. Seems to make battles more visceral and tense.

Since they were talking about it in the video: how could you get the secret ending in Metro 2033 ?

The refinements to the engine and the environments look really good, and I'm glad they are continuing the story of the character from the previous game.

You have to do a LOT of good deeds, some are a bit unknown (like sitting still during the playground sequence and talking to certain characters at certain points), and you can also lose moral points for some activities (like stealing bullets from a guitar player's hat).

When you have enough, during the final sequence you get a chance to shoot or push over the laser targeting system and get the secret "good" ending.

Looking good! I'm really, really glad they went with the "bad" ending. The other ending felt completely disjointed from the plot and atmosphere.

I'll try it out next time I finish the game. Probably before buying Last Light because I almost completely forgot the story :P

I had a few complaints with Metro 2033... but the setting, the atmosphere, were truly fantastic. I am confident they have already fixed most of those issues and this game will be even better. I'm very much looking forward to it.

The atmosphere and lighting alone are enough to make me want to play the sequel.

Yeah, it looks f*cking amazing. Can't wait to get lost in that incredible atmosphere again. [QUOTE="Swiftstrike5"]Looking good! I'm really, really glad they went with the "bad" ending. The other ending felt completely disjointed from the plot and atmosphere.

I was VERY glad when I heard this, too.
