Mic Problems.

I just bought headphones that come with a mic recently, I plugged it into my computer, turned on gmod and it did not pick up my voice.

I called someone with voice chat on steam and it answered but for some reason its not catching my voice in game. Yes the place i plugged it in is working and my mic is working. I have put voice_enable 1 in console but it still doesnt hear me.

Am I doing something wrong?
