mlb 2k10 updated rosters?

Does anyone know where i can get the latest rosters for mlb 2k10 for pc?

It is not working to update through the game for me. If it is working for someone can they know they have the latesst roster, can you please upload it somewhere to share with me?

the roster file is typically located here:

C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\Major League Baseball 2K10\Saves\Roster.ROS

the roster is from July 14th update, it includes Lee to the Rangers for Smoak from Seattle

you would download and place the .ros file in the folder specified on the first post!
