when can we expect to see these come out?

i hear that the 9300 gs and 9500 are close but what will they run like and what will the next one up be?

not for a very long time (there gaming chips), we still do not have any 9 series cards out-for the desktop (i see the 9800x2 as two 8 series cards and nothing else). if they were to release a 9300 and 9500 there not going to be good for modern gaming, these chips are just there really for extremely casual gaming and web surfing etc.

I'm pretty sure they perform close to the 8600M GTS, there's some benchmarks out there already, I've forgotten where though.
