MOST detailed PC game you have ever played?

Both the DiRT and Lost Planet demos looked gorgeous on max I thought. The cave area in the LP demo was simply beautiful with the motion blur on all the flying alien things, great textures too.

DiRT's Buggy and WRX tracks can look photorealistic at times, best looking racer Ive seen.

Detailed? Meaning what exactly? Best overall graphics is one thing, have a detailed world is another.

Half-Life 2.

Lv99 necromancer in h3ll mode! Shogun 2 and crysis 2 is pretty impressive, but I guess minecraft is king though.

dragon age origins has the best atmosphere in a game, and even if is not pc resident evil remake, fallout 3 gets an honorable mention

I'm not sure, but I think Max Payne 2 deserves a honerable mention

I'm probably way behind on this but whatever...back in the day..... I remember loading up UT with the special S3TC textures from the second disk.....you could walk up to a wall...7.3x fully zoomed with the scope, and still no pixels :D

depending on how you interept "detailed" to me atm i'm still dicovering new details in gta iv/eflc other day i noticed for the first time the ground level transforms have a "buzzing/humming" sound effect like in real life (course normally i'm either driving by them or crashing into them) (yes i still play it i love causing mayham getting 6 stars and escaping or die trying i find it a great stress relief after being rivered by a 4 flush in poker) ;)
