Call of Duty 2 and 4
- Simply weren't as enjoyable as the first game. I don't know what was missing, but either way both of those games put me off Infinity Ward. Modern Warfare 2 would make the list, except that it was exactly as ungood as I expected it to be.
Dawn of War II
- They kept most of their promises, but the end product left something to be desired. Chaos Rising made it much more enjoyable for me, and Retribution's looking to be their next Dark Crusade.
Oblivion
- I didn't play the game with high expectations, having read a lot of opinions about what it was like. That I was STILL disappointed should tell you how bad it really is.
Fallout 3:
- Does not deserve a 9+ status. Period.
Age of Empires 3:
- I put an enormous amount of time into the second game as well as Age of Mythology. I must have lasted about 10 hours into this one before quitting it out of boredom.
Empire: Total War:
- Never should a game be released in that state ever again.
Half Life 2 and Episode 1:
- They're impressive experiences. Best FPSs of all time they are not. Episode 2, however, fixed a lot of their problems.
Mass Effect 1 & 2, Dragon Age: Origins and Awakenings
- Playing these games a second time made me realize just how good they aren't as RPGs.
Command and Conquer 3:
- I don't know what it is about the game that made me dislike it. Either way, it didn't manage to live up to my mediocre expectations.
