Mount and Blade Warband releases in 5 days!

Definitely getting it, and I will have 2 weeks mid semester break at university after next week. I am also looking forward to SP more than MP, especially since I dont expect many players to play in NZ and Australia.

It will definitely be the next game I buy after I finish DA Awakenings.

You can already get beta access if you buy it now. the MP is great fun!

A friend of mine purchased it and said it wasn't much of an improvement over the original, for singleplayer. For some reason steam let him play the game a week before it was released, don't ask me how.

I had completely lost track about it. Haven't played M&B in quite a few months, so I'm not up to speed on things. Guess I better start preparing.

Sweet, I'm glad you posted this. I know D2D and steam are already letting you play in the beta. I got it off Steam yesterday and played it all night. The multiplayer battles are intense.

Strange that they are calling this an expansion when it's basically it's own game. You don't need to have Mount and Blade in order to play Warband. Warband doesn't even use a single file from Mount and Blade. The single player campaign is bigger and better and it adds multiplayer.
