Its an AMD rig.... anything you guys think i should improve just post them... i really need your opinions.....

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE

Mobo: ASUS M4N98TD EVO AM3 Nvidia nForce 980a SLI ATX AMD motherboard

Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX460 1GB

HDD: 500GB 7200 32MB SATA

RAM: Kingston HyperX (2GBX2)

PSU: CoolerMaster GX Series 750W

Casing: CoolerMaster RC690 II Plus

btw is the power enough for when i want to SLI the GTX 460??

probably gonna be this way for atleast 2 years so do u thnk i should opt for a single PCI-E 16X slot and just upgrade the card and not SLI??

THANX!!!!

It looks like a good setup. That PSU should be fine for SLI. It is a good idea to at least have the option of adding a 2 video card for better performance. Don't forget to get a DVD Drive (or Blu-Ray) and an OS.

Very good setup. Just be sure to get a WD Caviar Black/Seagate 7200.12/Samsung HD502HJ for that 500gb hard drive. Much more reliable than other drives, and they're fast (for platter drives, that is).

your setup should be good for at least 3 years, by then you can just add another 460.

one thing though, you can always buy more HDDs and raid them.

Decent for sure. You'll be able to play all new games super smooth. Your new system looks very similar to mine actually, only I went for AMD chips on the MB and GPU =)

Nice comp.. It's very similar to mine actually, even the hard drive capacity and cache are identical. I also just orderd a GTX 460 myself yestreday. I can't wait to get it so I can play Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Star Craft 2 at very high settings with a butter smooth framerate...

You have the same exact Mobo/GPU as I do. Except that I have the 965 BE CPU. A 750w is enough for an SLi setup. I would go with Corsair's PSU. This setup is a beast.

Stick with this setup. You'll want to SLi the GTX 460's. I'm saving up money to buy another and I barely just put together my build about a week ago.
