My Pc recently Fried can anyone direct me to a good pc building site.

Recently my Computer Fried, I had a bad experience with my PC build and I would really much prefer if someone with more experoence than me did the building. Can someone tell me about Cyberpowerpc or Ibuypower, are they good, is their warranty good. Or does anyone know any good PC builders out there??
