Check at your tempatures.

Agreed, check your tempuratures. Update your drivers (remembering to uninstall the old ones first).

If they are fine then the problem may be with your PSU. Have you upgraded/changed your hardware recently?

Have you checked your temperatures?

Drivers?

Did you listen to anything anyone suggested?
