Name me some well-known protagonists in PC games I don't already have listed.

So I'm thinking of starting a PC game protagonist hurt n' heal topic. But I want to be sure I have all of the prominent ones listed (which I know I don't yet), so if you could please examine my list and name all the protagonists from PC games you feel are big enough characters in the PC community, I'd much appreciate it.

A few ground rules and specifications.

-By "protagonist," I'm referring strictly to your player character. Sorry, but Alyx and Price and whoever else aren't invited. This also means characters from RTS's don't apply either, obviously.
-No no-name RPG protagonists. In other words don't list stuff like "Oblivion player character, Baldur's Gate player character, Fallout player character, Diablo 2 Barbarian/Necromancer/Paladin/whatever, etc." No-name characters that have wide popularity like the Doom guy are allowed, as they are nameless but not generic.
-The character does not have to be from a PC-exclusive, just a character in any PC game that isn't a port whom you feel is worthy of being on the list.

It's not RPG's in general that aren't allowed, just characters like that of Fallout that have no name and no character to them; they're pretty much a blank slate. RPG characters that are defined, though, such as Geralt, do apply.

It depends how you look at it. When you're playing a character, are you not controlling him via controller or keyboard + mouse? What's the difference? The story is even centered around him. Sure, you dont get to walk around World of Warcraft playing as Arthas, but it's basically the same thing. That's the closest we're going to get to "play as" Arthas.

Shepard is already on the list. Psycho is only playable in Warhead, which is not out yet.
