I'm making a computer for my mom that I want to do just basic things like web surfing. The most technically advanced game that will be played on that will be the Sims 2, and it can be on the lowest settings. I would like the computer to also run vista. I've got all the components except the video card and I'm not sure which one to choose. I would like it to be under $50. Thanks

Thanks for the advice. I didn't know vista had higher requirements then Sims 2, when I played it on high and zoomed out it stressed my old 6800, so yeah. But I'm gonna go with the MSI one.
