NEVER, EVER EVER NEVER GET A 550.

Unless you can get one for free and you have an integrated card its is not worth a dime.

if i were you and i had a budget around $80-$100, id look on craigslist, you can get video cards on craigslist at least double the performance of any card you can buy at retail stores for that much money. Alot of people don't like buying used products, so they end up getting ripped off at retail. I was able to find a 460gtx for $80 on craigslist, a radeon 5870 for $120 on craigslist, a radeon 6870 for $100 on craigslist

My HD 5670 1GB Iceq was less than 100$ and it runs anything I want at 1366x768 and a quite couple of games, like Fallout 3, Skyrim, CODs and more on 1080p on medium-high settings.

If Full HD is not Your minimum - get a 5670 but I recommend adding a few bucks and look for a 5750/5770

How about a 6670? You can find those for around $80-$90. I have a old Compaq Slimline which has a low profile 5450 in it, so yeah, I know what your saying about trying to run any kind of medium, to high end game on that.

Yeah, my son has one paired with a Phenom x3, and it does good for him @1080p. Although are you sure you can get one of those near $100? I haven't seen any under $150, unless you're referring to buying used?

$100 new you only really have one choice which is the 7770

If you can find used as above 6850, 460 and now maybe even some 560s

Some of my friends recommendate me to get a 7750. I search google and find out its price is also resonable. But I don't know that rig and basically I really don't know ablout any thing that realted to graphics card. So what will be your opinon about it. And by the way my psu is also not that good. It's a 400w psu and non brand proudct.

just get this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121633 no need to worry about your psu, 400 W is fine for that card. Don't expect the card to dominate, but it will run all your games in respectable quality a lot even on max settings. It will be a world of difference compared to your hd 5450
