I was wondering what the AMD X4 920 and 940 are like. I wanna build a rig and am unsure about the processor. How do they compare to other AMD and intel processors.

That's not why its so much more expensive.. You're paying for an unlocked multiplier.I know that, since I have one myself, but does he even want to overclock? Unlocked MP helps, but you can still achieve relatively high clock speeds without it. The 920 can still get to like 3.6ghz, if you don't mind 1.5 volts.
