Need cheap game suggestions!

Recently came across an extra $60NZ ($45 us i think) and have decided to buy a new game with it. Am thinking of getting WIC complete because i lent my old WIC to a friend and he never gave it back (didnt have the expansion). Or maybe FO3 because i have never played it and it seems like a good game. Im open to other suggestions though. Im looking for an RTS, simulator, or RPG
