Did you look at the sticky? If not, take a look, and come back with questions. Happy gaming, Boz

I did, but none of those recommendations seemed to fit my specifications.

Read the sticky a bit more closely; with an adaptor any headphone/mic combo will work with both a PC and the PS3. The best part? Going the headphone/mic combo route lets you use the headphones with your MP3 player of choice. Or you can just get an adaptor and mic and use your existing headphones if you're happy with those. I need to sit down and write a new sticky, I think. Boz

How bout these? I haven't tried them personally, but Sennheiser is usually the best bang for the buck, from my experience.

Wow headphones seem to be more expensive in the US, I got sennheiser HD 429s for £60 in the UK.

I know they're over your budget, but i really like them and they're very comfortable. I have no problem wearing them for over 4 hours straight even though i have glasses.

Most audiophiles consider turtle beach to be low quality. You might want to try before you buy.

Yeah..I don't need top quality sound, I've been using cheap 15$ headphones from Radioshack for the past couple of months.
